About Me:

when i am not shuffling papers or planning the next trumpet conference, or designing a trumpet t-shirt, or filling a trim order, or answering emails, or re-arranging the stacks of trumpet papers in my kitchen... i paint.

when i am not painting or doing any of the other things i mentioned... i like travel, dancing, good food, laughter ... i enjoy getting lost in a city i've never been in. i have a camera i've only had since december and it has over 7000 photos logged on it....

some of my favorite trumpet songs aren't that impressive... they just make me smile

ArT OpEniNg at Studio 27.28 Philadelphia

My art show opened at STUDIO 27.28 in Philadelphia on August 2nd. Studio 27.28 is a brand new gallery started by my friend Jonathan Slingluff (an artist himself) ... it was a whirlwind trip with over 3100 miles of driving and not much time for sights... although we tried... haha

Photo Cropping 101 aka Trouble with profile photos

Hi Everyone!

I know some people have been having problems with the sizing of their main profile photo. I believe if you crop the photo to 183 pixels x 183 pixels it will be "just right" and you shouldn't have any problems with your head or body being "cut off" ... also this is a link to a free cropping tool:

5K

i was a band geek, an art freak and a drama queen in school. i am an active person that enjoys kayaking, hiking, dancing etc. etc. but if you asked me a few years ago if i'd like to run the 5K ... i would laugh and roll my eyes... but... this morning i did just that.
